How we work
Reviews can help a profile look active and trustworthy. Shortcuts can get a business in trouble. We keep it clean.
Clean hands promises
- Real customers only. No fake reviews, paid reviews, or review swaps.
- No review gating. Every customer gets the same neutral ask.
- No promised rankings, call volume, review counts, or star outcomes.
- Sensitive replies wait for owner approval before anything posts.
What happens after you submit
1We pull fresh public numbers. Your profile and three nearby competitors.
2Your audit arrives by email. Usually within one business day from hello@getgoodwordreviews.com.
3You choose. Read it yourself, reply with a question, or book the optional 15 minute walkthrough.
Questions owners ask
Will this get me to number one on Google?
No, and we will not promise that. The audit shows how your public proof compares today. Rankings depend on more than reviews. What can be controlled is the asking, the answering, and the reporting.
Do you need my customer list for the free audit?
No. The free audit uses public Google information. Customer contacts only matter later if you choose paid setup, and then they come from your own job records with consent and opt out handling.
What does it cost if I want help after the audit?
Setup is $249 one time. Service is $299 per month per location, month to month. The walkthrough explains what is included and what is not. The audit is free either way.
Who is this for?
Owner run home service businesses in East Hampton and surrounding towns, roughly a 25-mile radius. It fits best if you do good work, have a decent rating, and know nearby competitors are collecting more fresh reviews than you.
Want the short version live?
Book the optional 15 minute review gap walkthrough. We will use your audit, compare it with three nearby competitors, and talk through the one gap to fix first. If your numbers already look strong, we will say that plainly.
